Shipping Policy

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 
  • We have shipping & delivery contracts with DHL, FEDEX, DPEX & SKYNET,UPS,Parcel Force,DPD & Royal Mail. The contents of your order and your delivery address will determine which delivery services you will be offered.
  • Our website is integrated with DHL & FEDEX, allowing both you and us to track your parcel's every move from our door to yours!
  • DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
    For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
  • For simple flat rate shipping: We do not offer flat rate shipping.
  • IN-STORE PICKUP
     In-Store pickup is not available. 
  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
    We offer international shipping to the following countries: Without Russia & Israel we delivered in all countries.
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
  •  Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Leather Sensations is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
  • HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 
  • If you haven’t received your order within 6-8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@theleathersensations.com  with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
  • REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
    Cancellations
  • Orders can be canceled via written request and within 24 hours of placing your order. 

Returns and Exchanges

The Leather Sensations stands by the quality of our product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unworn or unused products within 14 days of your original purchase. Any orders returned without prior approval will not be honored. Customers will be responsible for return shipping. The Leather Sensations does not take responsibility for lost packages. All returns must be in original packaging, and not worn.

Please be advised the products customized in any way are NOT subject to refund unless there is a defective design.

If you want to return an Leather Sensations product, please follow the simple procedure:

  1. Please contact me for my shipping address.
  2. Send photos of the defective product to our email address sales@theleathersensations.com
  3. Place items into a well-packed envelope with some filler inside, so that the product will not be damaged. E-mail us your tracking number. We will process a refund upon package arrival.
